We do not store your files. We store a private map so we can find them again.

What EO stores

EO may store your account record, connector status, encrypted connector tokens, chat history until you delete chats or delete your EO account data, safe job details, source metadata, short summaries, descriptions, entities, relationships, and private map labels.

What EO does not store

EO does not store original file copies during normal indexing. EO does not store full extracted email, document, or PDF text in v1. EO does not automatically move, delete, rename, or reorganize your original items.

Support and logs

Support and error logs should use safe diagnostic details only. Do not send file contents, email bodies, calendar descriptions, OAuth tokens, API keys, connector tokens, or secrets through support.
